Humble
Beginnings.
Established over 62 years ago by the Rossi family, Ruber Group began as a construction company where father and son, Ettore and Luigi Rossi built the best houses in the neighbourhood. Luigi had a big dream for the future of the company and with a dedicated team beside him, together it grew exponentially in size and number.

Our decades of experience spans across property development, construction, early learning education, investment, design, architecture and commercial services with a portfolio consisting of over 70 diverse properties across Victoria. 

We challenge social norms and inspire our team to set the bar high to exceed expectations, influencing the landscape of Victorian architecture and building history particularly within the childcare sector.

The expertise of our diverse and ever-growing team of over 200, represents our commitment to our people, community and projects.

Our passion shines through the work we produce and is the main driver of Ruber group.
